Pretty much all sects of Christianity do. I don't know of one that doesn't, other than the fringe groups like the Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses. I'm not sure if they do or not.

The problem is the current scriptural old testament is not Genesis-Malachi (violates 2 Tim. 3:16-17) but the law of Moses (apply 2 or more witnesses principle).
So which 'old testament' should the question be answered by?

I'm not sure i know what you mean by "follow". The New Testament, is the fulfillment of the Old. Some Old Testament practices are no longer necessary because of Jesus. Others, like the ten commandments, are still viable. I believe most Christians look at it this way. If you mean, the dietary laws, festivals and those kinds of things, I don't know of any Christian denominations practice those.

Christianity is not a sect and all Christian orthodox groups follow the teachings of both books of the bible.

Evangelicals are across the religious spectrum! Catholics, Baptists, Lutheran, Presbyterian, ect. In order to know your blessings you must know what others had to endure for you to have them.

If you mean include them in the Bible. All of them. There could be some that don't, but none come to mind.

our church uses the entire bible... CMA
we base our faith on faith alone, and not traditions or rituals... the Word is used in its entirety tho, because it is complete and until you use both old and new to understand God and history of the church... you are not using the whole very word of God... but picking and choosing what you like or don't like
