Is it possible to buy(finance) a vehicle in another state say 200 miles or so.

You can pretty much buy a car wherever it's located. It's normally not illegal (cept, say a car from Cuba where we have restrictions on pretty much everything from that country).

Say you're in NY and find a car in FL (over eBay or whatever). You can buy it. Banks normally don't have a problem financing it either.

I would think so. I don't know why it would be a problem with good credit.
