Breathe, breathe, breathe. Remind yourself that the other person is human also - and has feelings.

First of all, kudos to you for recognizing that you are impatient.
I think the key is to try to put yourself in the other person's shoes. Maybe he/she has a legitimate reason for being slow or for doing something that irritates you. Maybe they're having a bad day. We all have those once in a while. Leave the vicinity to calm down if need be.

You stop and think of the fact that these are not just "people", they are also humans with feelings and mothers and fathers and kids and brothers and sisters that they love and who loves them. Everyone does things the way they do things. Some people are not capable of thinking of others while they are around others; some are, but think its a waste of time, and on the other hand there are so many kind people out there and we are so lucky that they are there. Imagine what it would be like if you woke up one day and suddenly there was not another living soul on the face of the planet. ANYWHERE!!! That would be so scary and lonely. I would probably get so lonely that I would welcome other people and all their crap with open arms!!!!

PEOPLE WILL DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT ..IF THEY ARE IMPATIENT WITH YOU THEN JUST DON'T BOTHER THEM
FIND NEW FRIENDS AND /OR OTHERS THAT ARE PATIENT PEOPLE AND MOST OF ALL ARE COMPASSIONATE WITH YOU ..PEOPLE IMPATIENT , ARE NOT COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE ..AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT I SEE!
