What about playdough to create the earth, people, and creatures? You could use different colors and such. If you need a recipe for the playdough let me know. I have several.

Do the creation song
It goes like this..
On day # 1 he made the light so bright
On day #2 he made the air
On day #3 he made the trees and flowers
On day #4 the sun, moon and stars
On day #5 he made the birds and fish
On day #6 he made the animals, but he also made the first to people and he called them Adam and Eve
On the 7th day He rested, he rested and saw it was good and that completes the creation ..
How you know what he made each day.
Creation, creation I believe in creation.
You can get some bristol board make the objects which were made each day and let them hold them up
Also end by letting them know which texts the creation is taken from.

Why not make drawings of all of the things God created and have the students point at them. Then, make flash cards with the names of the drawings. This is a way for students to be able to read while learning of all of the things God created.

Have them act out the story. They really remember things when they get to act it out.
