YOU COULD BENEFIT FROM A MEDICATION CALLED "ZOLOFT" SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE OCD ( OBESSIONAL COMPULSIVE DISORDER)

You should really seek professional help. It is definitely OCD and needs to be treated right away ... aren't you dizzy only eating 95 calories a day? I hope you mean 95 calories a snack!

How about multiplying 95 times 4 or something for now until you get help.

95 calories A DAY?!?!?!?? Oh my God. If that is true, then you already have an eating disorder.
If your mind is obsessive by nature, you can be obsessive about your diet, be very slim, and do it IN A HEALTHY WAY. I know bec I did it myself; I am very obsessive myself. Do the Zone diet, and follow it religiously. It is good for people like us bec some people say "you have to have ocd to follow the Zone." joking, but only half-joking. I did it, in combination with weight training with a personal trainer, and I got very slim, my bf said too slim, but I was still HEALTHY, not depriving myself of nutrition at all.
Also, as for exercizing, anyhting over an hour is a waste of time!! My trainer told me this.

compulsive behaviors generally point to a low level of endorphins, and repeating behaviors is a way to self-medicate.
