If you want it to be an interesting name, how about something like, "The Aliens of Mexico". The term Alien being used in the foreigner manner. Or how about "Across the Border" or "Through the Rio Grande".

Why just address immigration from Mexico?
Illegal immigration is a problem from all sorts of countries, why just address the issues which concern Mexicans? Since Mexicans represent 57% of illegal immigrants, what about the other 43%?
