i underperformed slightly through guilt,does anyone know any good techniques to block out the guilt????

by sleeping with your own girlfriend? Or next time ask your brother if it is ok to sleep with her, that way you don't feel guilty by hiding this from him. If you don't like any of thoise ideas - well then just keep f'in her - the guilt will go away.

I know how to get rid of the guilt!! Tell your brother what you are doing and ask him if he thinks it is OK. If he says it is OK, then the guilt is gone.
I hope that your brother got rid of his raging case of herpes before YOU start feeling the familiar burn between YOUR legs.............

okay this might sound wrong but dont tell him. you might not have the same relationship with him and it would be awkward at family parties. tell his girlfriend not to say anything and just forget about it. MOVE ON..THIS ISNT RIGHT!
