How do I uninstall Limewire?

I found it on a work computer and it's not in the Add/Remove Programs list and in the couple of folders it's in (in program files and My Documents) there doesn't seem to be anything called "uninstall."

I'm afraid to open the .exe file because of a bad experience of having it on my home computer. I think it was used because I found a .wav file in My Documents that wasn't there yesterday.

It's not in program files either.

if it's not in add>remove then it's not installed on the computer, just delete the files fromt the hard drive.
