Scramble an egg in a bowl, put a plate on the bowl, and microwave it for about a minute. Pop some bread or an english muffin in the toaster and pull a cheese slice from the fridge. Slide the egg patty onto your bread, add cheese, and fill the bowl with water before bolting out the door (or it will take you forever to get the egg out).

I've given my cousins cereal in a cup when we're late to get to school. They think it's a treat. (Cereal! In a cup!).

My usual MO is to put leftovers from the previous nights dinner between two pieces of toast. Generally pretty good, but I'll avoid the spaghetti squash sandwich in the future.

Don't overlook the cold pizza!

I actually keep a few sandwich baggies of different cereal or dried fruit ready for me in the cupboard. Something high fiber so it helps me feel satisfied. It's convenient for on the go or to pack in a lunch, and it helps me to only eat one serving, instead of bowls and bowls of cereal.
Cereal and an apple or banana is my staple on-the-go breakfast.
I like to bake muffins when I get time, and having some pineapple-nut-bran muffins around is always awesome. I use the 80 cent Jiffy bran muffin mix, and there's a recipe on the back for pineapple bread that I use, but make it into muffins instead. To keep it tasting fresh I'll pop it in the microwave for 15 seconds and be on my way.
Another great quick breakfast is peanut butter on toast, it's SO GOOD!
Maybe a drinkable yogurt?
If all else fails, I'd say grab a slim-fast bar for the sugar pick-me-up and vitamins.

I have one of those toasters that makes an egg in like 2 min. while making the toast. It has a meat tray that sits on top of the egg tray. You can add ham or whatever and even cheese. It can be low cal or all cal.Fast and better than toaster pasteries.

Toast two slices of bread, spread with butter and place 2 slices of your preferred cheese.

Or always have several hard boiled eggs ready in the fridge, and get one or two on your way out.

A can of Slim Fast is not a bad idea either.

Eat a cereal bar. It's portable and less time passes without cooking.
