theres this guy he keeps on calling me and emailing me. he tells me he loves me but i dont like him. i keep on asking him to stop but he wont. what should i do?

It call harrassment and that type of behavior can lead to rapes if he contact you face to face privately.
Tell him to take your phone number off the list and add it to the Do Not Call list.

Guys want what they can't have. Go out with him. Be really disgusting and annoying. Pick your nose and eat your bugers in front of him. Fart and burp alot. Tell him you are into screwing guys with strap-ons. Crank up elevator music in his car. Tell him you are riding the cotton pony and make him go get you some tampons. Make him spend alot of cash on you and keep going out with him. Soon he will leave you alone. If you do it right he won't even ask for a second date.

Call the police,let them know,he can go to jail for stalking.There probably is no other way b.c. a stalker is a stalker,and will not listen no matter how many times you tell him to leave him alone.

Well if he makes any physical contact with you get a restraining order...can you block him from calling? change your number, get a new email address? Yeah its a pain in the butt and something you shouldnt have to do, but you might want to consider that...

Tell him if he doesnt stop you're going to tell the police. If he doesnt stop go to a police station. Print out the emails and let the cops listen to your cell messages from him.

Can you block him? How long has this been going on? Is it just recent? He sounds annoying and irritating but if he doesn't knock it off in a week, tell him you are going to alert the authorities if he doesn't stop. If he doesn't, then do it.

Call the police. No hesitation - call them. This obsession of his (that's exactly what it is) is not healthy - certainly not for you.
Give the police as much detail about him as you can and, as much detail about his stalking behavior (dates, times - call or e-mail - that kind of thing) as you can.
Then let them deal with him - it's what they're there for. If neccessary, be prepared to testify in court.

If you can't get rid of him by telling him yoursellf then you should try doing it with the help of someone. For example: friends, parents or police.
Don't take chances, its dangerous.

Tell him again that you are not interested and will never be interested. Then tell him that if he persists, you will file a restraining order. If that doesn't do the trick, file the restraining order.

Well if you can change your phone number.Then change your E-mail address.If not call the cops let them know what been gong on and they can put in a report.
