I'm 12, and she is almost a year older than me, but we are in the same grade: 6th. So no coffee or anything.

ask her if she'd like to get some coffee or somethin sometime. Be friendly, not creepy..lol If you normaly talk to her on the phone then ask her there, if not, then ask her on AIM. Don't rush things or else she WILL be creeped out.

Okay, Since you added that part about being 12 invite her and a parent roller skating,to the movies or mini golfing with you and your parent than. I do agree with what the person under me has wisely imputed completely.

if you have been talking to her for awhile online and you both seem to feel comfortable with eachother, she probably won't be freaked out if you suggested a phone conversation to break the ice. then maybe you two can eventually meet up in a public place.
