i am 5'4' and weigh around 90-100 pounds how can i gain weight

P.s. i hate meat except for eggs and blah blah prottein i only like boneless chicken other than that i hat meat!! so what should i eat?

Make an easy guacamole by mashing 1/2 medium avocado (3 g), season with a touch of salt, 1 Tbsp. tomato salsa (1 g) and a sprinkle of lemon juice (0 g). Have with raw veggies or a few low-carb tortilla chips. This fiber-rich snack is also high in heart-healthy monounsaturated fat = 4 g net carbs (just the guacamole).

Do not feel bad my daughter is over 19 yrs old and is the same
weight and same height some times she seemed to eat
a lot of chicken an green beans and mashed potatoes. Now she
seems to buy a lot of dinner meals you put in the microwave and she also does eat a lot of junk that she does not need!!!!
Sometimes she only eats about once a day.

try perhaps lean meat like turkey breast meat and cheeses for calcium yogurt eat alot of whole grains like bread, wheat brand, brown rice, fish, fruit and vegetables try to eat 500 cals more a day and u will gain a pound a week and it will be a healthy pound

I work in the fitness industry and i tell my clients to strength train three days a week with a light cardio to keep your heart rate up in between machines, then on the off days using those same machines only lighten up the weights and focus on cardio. You'll tone up and can still eat whatever and whenever you want.

don't make the mistake and start eating a lot of junk food
just eat more of what you are already eating
and a weekly cheese pizza will put some meat on your bones

fish and chips
quiche
crumbed chicken shallow fried oin oil
add extra sauces, mayo, sour cream etc...
add custard n cream to desserts
eat chips and chocolate
heaps of veggies
lots of bread pasta and rice
soft drink

Eat a ice cream cone every night before bed,that did it for my Mom.It will add gradually and you can stop when you gain all you want.

hi,before you have meal eat as much you can of fresh lattes carrot es cucumber or what you like to eat then stared to eat you will fined that you eat less and don't feel hungry and you can lost your wight

tons of pasta
half a pint of ice cream before you go to bed.
anything starchy and you'll gain in no time.
oh, soft drinks (coke, pepsi) with every meal.
