My hairstylist said to search online for lowlights for blondes but i didn't find anything good. my hair has grown past my shoulders since that picture was taken. if u have any good websites or any good advice please help!! ty =]

Your best bet to get the proper results is see a hairdresser, i tried to do it on my own before and it looked bad and ican cut hair really well, you want a specialist to give you a awesome final look:)
