I guess you should revise yr question that's completely mispelled.
As far as I can understand 'Vicci Spa' should stand for a company's name, "leicho" could be Lecco and "Comor" could be Como (Lecco and Como are 2 towns located in northern Italy).
Absolutely no idea about what could be "Di SALLI".
If you can find the correct writing you have some chance to get a proper answer, but not in this way.

I'm Italian and .. this is not Italian.
Maybe the name of a Company? (VICCI Spa could be a company)
The rest has absolutely no meaning for me.
Where did oy find it?
