If your grown enough to start quoting laws an such, you are old enough to move out and support yourself. If you don't like the rules of the house, you can leave. Get your oun apartment/house and make your own rules.

Obey or get out.

No, but if you plan on living with your parents for any length of time after you turn 18, you better obey their rules. Having them mistrust you is the biggest mistake you can ever make. You wont believe us now, but when you get older, you will realize that your friends really don't matter, and your parents are always there for you. You will feel really bad for all the things you put them thru as a kid. One day when you have kids of your own, you will understand why they make rules for you.

If I could go back and change it, I would. You should respect your parents, they take care of you, give you a place to live, a car to drive, food to eat, and so on. Losing their trust is the worst thing you can do.

You are not independent, because if you were you wouldn't be living with them. You would be able to move out and FULLY support yourself without any help from them at all. So think about that.

You will be independent when you pay for:
Rent
Utilities
Car
Insurance
Health Insurance
Internet
Cable
Phone
and all those other luxuries you take for granted.

So you are not trustworthy, you break the curfew, you disobey and disrespect your parents?? You have a lot to learn. When the Police catch you, maybe even trying to sneak back in and have guns drawn, you wish you listened to your parents. Smarten up and get used to following rules, you have a lifetime of them coming soon.

i think you should wait until you are 18, then your parents cant do anything because right now, they can label you as a problem child and just start a bunch of prblems. i know how it can be, i am only 18 now, trust me, wait until you are 18, the day i turned 18 my parents lightened up because if i did get in trouble, i was on my own and not their problem any more,
