Yeah he did in the OT he told his people to wipe everyone out including women and children he did not want to see anything moving.

God is all knowing the Beginning and the End.God is in control
of everything,both good & seemingly evil. But if we die and we Love God,we trusted him always,the Lord is our Savior, then we can look at it as falling into Jesus's arms Free at last.Home to
begin a new life,no more tears,all our Questions answered.We will be with all our Loved ones, this is a Promise from God Almighty.People who hate will not be ready to go.Get all in order.
Love conquers all. Love is the answer,it is the only way.

Well - the Tower of Babel split people up who were acting together into groups different from each other and this is part of the problem we war.
