Originally we are pure spirit soul, eternally existing along with God. When we become inimical and envious of God, we are sent to this material world, and we begin to think that we are god, the enjoyers, controllers and the lord of all we survey. Then, anyone can become like Hitler, Stalin and Pol pot, just we need to increase our ambitions.

God allowed them to be created. There is a difference. Their parents got together, got it on, and created kids. Through society, genetics and family, each of those children turned out a specific way. God must let the free will choice of man run its course.

yes he did, but God didn't create their lifestyle, and as for pol pot.... don't know what it is, but it sounds man-made.

While we're at it, we could include things like puffer fish, cobras, gilas, scorpions, tapeworms, ticks, etc.
