Try to start your morning off with some orange juice, a cup of coffee and a healthy breakfast. Energy drinks are really bad for you. My husband used to drink 4 monster energy drinks in the morning and then his face started turning all red and found out he was having heart problems. Take care of that body, you have to live with it!

Yes. This keeps your body in a "fight" mode all the time. All systems are working as if your body is in crisis. Also, caffine causes one to become dehydrated and can eventually cause you to become moody and dependent upon it to even reach a "normal" amount of energy. Your body never gets the rest it needs during the day. Energy drinks can also cause heart palpatations.

Quite probably. Energy drinks are mostly 'energized' with chemically prepared vitamins and minerals, and are not as suitable for human consumption as they try to make out. To get off that kick, try freshly made fruit juices. Get a juice extractor, and search the 'net for recipes. Some of the stuff I drink will blow the wax out of your ears . . .from the inside! And it's SOOO GOOOD for you!

Yes, I imagine that you're addicted to the sugar/caffeine and guarana in this drinks.
Try to ween yourself off by drinking green tea. Also a caffeine drink, but not as expensive.

All things in moderation.
Can be bad if you do too much. Energy drinks are very high in sugar and caffeine. Excess caffeine can cause osteoporosis-a deterioration of your bone structure.
