Well since you are in the airplane channel , I don't know how to make a paper car but I can tell you how to make a real good paper plane and goes like this : take a piece of plain paper the 8x11 variety , folded in longitudinal half , then open it , fold again each side corner to the center of the fold you made, now fold the triangle you made once over on the lower line of the folds so now basically you have again a square , here comes the trick .. on the top center fold you made before ,allow about 1/4 inch in each side of the center line to be your point of slanted fold so the far top corners over lap just a Little bet over the center line , once both are over lap you will notice a Little triangle point on the lower center from the beginning fold , this little triangle bend it over the two over lap pieces as if locking the two wings , now fold it back in half so this lock is on the out side ( this becomes the counter weight for good balance ) now fold again on each side longitudinal wings from the center point , and throw it to your teacher , he will like it !!!

Google it. I'd like to know, too!
By the way, you might have wanted this to be in a different category; this isn't really aviation-related.
(Don't worry, I don't bother reporting these things).
