what do you have to do or feel?
I want to know what you think about spirituality.

I know this is a diverse question thats why I ask it, to get a feel for other people opinions

For me:
- paddling down a river in the wilderness, camping on a sandy island, hearing the water lapping at the shoreline and the cry of the loon or the coyote in the distance.
- working the soil in my garden; tilling, planting, tending, harvesting. Taking part in the total cycle of life.
- giving to others and doing for others who are in need or have less than I do; sharing what I have.

Spirituality takes many different forms to many different people. But, basically it is when you meditate on some spiritual truth. For me that could mean the Rosary, The Stations of the Cross, Eucharistic adoration or some other form of putting myself spiritually in God's presence.
