She told me white sticky stuff comes out of her vagaina. I did not ask my sister if she masturbates she just told me. What do you think about this? If you were her 22 year old brother what would you say to her about this, do it do not do it and why. I told her it is normal and it should feel good but she said it does not feel good but is going to keep doing it. I do not understand.

It is perfectly normal. And it might not feel good because it is new to her and probably feels weird. It is okay that she does it as long as she is safe and uses proper hygeine. Just say those words and she can figure out what it means. Also talking about it is weird but it lets her know it is okay and not abnormal, you don't want to overdo it but it is great you can talk with her about it. Just let her know again it is normal, she needs to be safe with herself (careful what she does), she needs to use proper hygeine (wash), and if it might not feel great that's okay but if something starts to hurt then she should stop. it is normal for all kids her age to masterbate. She probably told you because she herself is worried if it is ok. Reassure her and now would be a good time(ask your parents first) to discuss the birds and the bees , I think you should be the one since she trusts you
