I'm a Reincarnationist. Existing forever isn't boring. It's the confinement, vulnerabilities and limitations of the human body that cause boredom. Beyond the body, you can be aware at times and "asleep" at times, though you never feel tired or jaded.

Well if getting old didnt involve the loss the of energy and need a diaper and barly being able to walk i wouldnt mind. I look at my grandma thats 99 and I dont want to be immoblie and wrinkled up and tired. Eternal life would be great if i could keep my 23 year old body and spirit but i might get bored and wanna take myself out at 275 lol.

I hope that if I do go into an eternal life that the waves are good, my body has no more pain, and I'm where lower functioning carbon based homosapien lifeforms are not allowed. Then it would be exciting. That is why I still have HOPE

I always thought 500 years would be a good lifespan - that would be a good period in which to observe some interesting history. After that I'd get fed up watching and want to switch off. Eternity would be dreadful - it would be a trap you could never escape from.

No one wants to live forever in the conditions in which we all live today. But the Bible tells us of God's grand purpose for the earth. Which was his orignal purpose. Gen:2:8 "Jehovah God planted a garden in Eden, toeard the east, and there he put the man Adam whom he had formed." there was an abundance of varied and fascinating plant and animal life. Jehovah blessed the first human pair and said to them: "Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth." Gen 1:28
Gods original purpose for all the earth to be a paradise popoulated by those who appreciatively obey his laws will not go unfullfilled. (isa. 45;18;55:10,11) That is why Jesus said: "Happy are they mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth." tha is also wh y he taught his disciples to pray: "OUR FATHER IN THE HEAVENS, LET YOUR NAME BE SANCTIFIED. LET YOUR KINGDOM COME. LET YOUR WILL TAKE PLACE, AS IN HEAVEN, ALSO UPON THE EARTH." att 5:5;6:9,10.
In harmony with that, Eph. 1:9-11 explains God's purpose "to gather all things on the earth"
And Plsm 37:9,10 "For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping n Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth. 'and just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more and you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be.'But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will find thier exquistie delight in the abundance of peace.
I CANNOT WAIT TO LIVE IN A WORLD FREE OF HATRED, FREE OF WAR, I LOOK FORWARD TO LIVING FOREVER, IN THE PARADISE EARTH THAT MY GOD JEHOVAH HAS PROMISED. IT WILL NEVER BE BORING. I WILL LIVE EVERYDAY DOING THE WILL OF GOD AND LEARNING MORE AOBUT HIM EACH DAY.
