That is so stupid!!! Breaking up on a text message is crazy and you know what the same thing happened to me. When somebody can't say something to the person that they love they are just saving their own ***. They just don't want to see the look your face when because they will start to get guilty for doing all of that stuff to you. He'll come back and if he doesn't he probably is sitting there feeling stupid.

It's terrible 2 break up through a txt. Only chickens do that. Trust me, other guys won't cheat on you. Dont lose sleep over this loser. Only guys who are good for you deserve you attention. Just leave this guy in the dust. He'll turn out to be a hobo sumday and you'll be a sucessful woman, and he'll beg for your money, and you'll laugh, and go buy a coffee @ starbucks.

that is a sucky way to be dumped so to say..sorry.. don't want to sound harsh. but i def. wouldn't worry about it... he sounds like a loser. any guy who would cheat on a girl then break up with her through a text sounds like a jerk and i wouldn't want to be with someone like that. i once got dumped on valentines day. :| how embarrassing is that. ha :] but that was like three years ago.. i've moved on and believe it or not a few weeks after the break up i found a wonderful guy and we've been together for three years :] so even when things go bad...it all turns around. you'll find someone great one day. and like you said.. he'll come back... but don't fall for it. it'll all just end in a big upset for you. :] good luck with the guys.

He's a jerk. Maybe you still love him, but of course, girl you deserve better. Your right he probably will come back, and hunni you better not go back to him! He needs to grow some balls and break-up with you in person. That's what a man would do, so clearly, he's not a real man.

thats messed up because u guys werent actually face to face talking heart to heart a txt mesg aint s**t that dont mean a dam* thing whats real is word of mouth. i feel like this if a person cant tell u something serious face to face all feelings spilled out then they dont mean it flat out. in that case he probably did but girl u may love him and he hurt you but life goes on it may be hard easier said than done but i bet if u find u a better guy u will forget about his cheatin a** real quick and u will hate that and wish he never cheated on you. brush ya shoulders off and play it cool.

take a step back and look at your situation. Why are you putting so much love into an *** that doesnt even have the balls to break up with you in person. you deserve better than him. he sounds like a loser who lost a great thing when he cheated/broke up with you. consider yourself lucky, if he cheats on you, then good riddance.

Then that person is a complete coward. If he cannot even call you or actually go and talk to you face to face about it well then you didnt need him anyway. That is just stupid because if he really cared then he would want to work this out and if he could really talk to you then he shoudlnt have broken up with you over a text message.

Hon, instead of doing what you did, you should have been overcome with joy and happiness at the near escape you had with him.
The guy is a loser, and losing you, only made him more so.

I think it is terribly mean to break up with someone through a text msg.
BUT.... I actually did it as I could not face my controlling ex bf as I was scared of what he would do.
It is cowardly but I knew I would not be able to go through with it if I was talking to or looking at him.

you need to move on. everybody gets their heartbroken sometime in their life. You'll be ok,besides he wasn't man enough to break up with you to your face!!! you'll find somebody better - it'll take time. Go out with some girlfriends and get crazy - have fun and forget about him!!!
