Have you ever really thought about how people always talk about how much they hate jealousy but its like human nature!! Could you imagine to have a boyfriend/girlfriend that didnt get jealous at all!?!?! I mean it would bug most people!! Think about it... Lets say there is this guy that smaked your butt or something along those lines, would it not bother you if ur boyfriend didnt get jealous? it would b like he didnt care about u!!!

Im not talking about making them jealous!!! Thats stupid!!! Lets say ur man wasnt there while this guy slaped your butt!! I would tell my boyfriend. What if you didnt tell your bf and someone else did, then you would look like you didnt care if he salped your butt!! So what you should do is tell whoever slapped your butt off and then tell your bf about it but tell him you handled it!! If your bf was there when this guy slapped your butt then ur bf should take up for u and at least tell the guy to quit and not EVER do it again!! he doesnt have to be crazy jealous!!! There is okay jealous and there is insane jealous and sometimes people can cross the line!!

If your man wasn't there how would he know? Does that mean you would tell him, so then what is he to do. Go find this person and get hurt really band in the process or perhaps killed, or do you handle the situation at the time of the situation and correct the matter, if it get's any worse than you call for back up. Or was your man just sitting there and he seen someone slap you on the booty and not do anything about it. Then I would call him a SIMP, and straighten both of them. Now back to the piont everyone wants to feel loved and admired, but making someone jealous is not the kind of loving reaction I would be looking for.

YES!!! Ugh I had an ex like that where guys would flirt or try to talk to me right infront of him and he would just have this blank face like he didnt care. Or whenever his guy friends would tell me how pretty I was and how I was the prettiest girlfriend he ever had he would just be like "I dont know why they say that." And have the biggest straight I'm not kidding face. JERK. Thats why I left him for someone else. When he found out thats when his sorry *** decided to show me he cared. Sometimes its just too late.

I don't get jealous at all, and it has driven some of my girlfriends crazy.

I mean, I'm not even sure what your example has to do with jealousy—I wouldn't want someone smacking my girlfriend's butt because it would be rude to her, and I don't permit people to be rude to my girlfriend. But if it didn't bother her then it wouldn't bother me.

I've had (two) girlfriends who flirted with another guy, or went even farther, and I was just like "hey, if that's what you want to do, then go ahead," and THEY freaked out! They freaked out because I DIDN'T freak out! Hey, that's human nature for you.

As far as I'm concerned, they were intelligent, independent human beings with free choice, and if they weren't planning on leaving me or getting a disease then I'm not going to get particularly upset about it, because jealousy is rather retarded. Which I explained. Which resulted in a quite a row to the effect that I didn't care about them, which was not true.

So yeah, people talk down jealousy, but in fact it's all quite a lot of bullshit, because they act and feel like it's required or something. People actually seem to APPRECIATE jealousy and possessiveness. Go figure.
