Have you tried the Orange Julius smoothie recipe? Ooh, so good!!!

1 c water
1 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate or frozen strawberries
8-9 ice cubes

Blend in blender. Makes enough for 2-4, depending on size of glass.

I have to say I am partial to the strawberry flavor. Definitely try this one, very good.

1 Banana
1Orange or 2 small easy peel citrus fruit (eg satsuma)
1 Apple (eg Cox or Braeburn)
1 small pot of plain low fat yogurt
500ml orange juice
1/2 teaspoon of ginger puree or equivalent fresh chopped or powdered.

Peel and slice banana; peel and slice up orange; decore and chop apple, retaining skin. Combine with other ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness and sweetness with more juice. Not very pretty but a zinging flavour.

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup of orange juice or pineapple juice

Blend!

I always like getting some frozen mango chunks, mango juice and like 2 tablespoons of yogurt and blending that. It's a healthy, tasty treat!
