I heard that the mix is very Afro-Latin in places like Barranquilla and Cartagena. But what about Bogota?

No, not that many. Most of the population is white or mestiza (indian/white), most of the black population leave in the coastal and Pacific areas

Like nmaria said, there arent that many mulattos (white/black) people in bogota. Most of them reside on the carribean coast.... barranquilla, cartagena, santa marta, etc.

you won't find like a lot, but you can see a bunch of them, as they have said, most of them live in Barranquilla, Cartagena, but also so you can find a lot in Cali (3rd city) and in Choco.
