The good ones will.
But it is not recommended due to the fact it puts undue stress on the seals and will in time result in permanent damage to these seals, there by reducing the performance of this weapon.
I store mine with out pressure for what the manufacture recommended in the owners manual.
But it’s your weapon and your call but I would not.

Every CO2 airgun will hold the pressure of a CO2 cartridge if the seals are good. However, storing the pressurized airgun will cause the seals to "set" to the shape of the cartridge "nose" which may cause leakage with the subsequent cartridge. This holds true with the valve seals of the pump-up and pre-charged versions as well. As a general rule, never store ANY airgun under pressure.

It'll stay charged for up to a month I wouldn't recommend doing this repeatedly. Eventually your seals will fail. Unless you have your seals changed only then I could say keep it charged. I have one now that I have to keep it charged 24-7 if not the seals will fail.

it depends on how good the seal between it and the rifle is. Sometimes if a paintball gun cO2 tank is left on, it will slowly, and impersevably leak.
