I don't have "holy" book -- and neither does anybody else. They have books of superstition and myth, but nothing "holy."
That said...
I've read the bible through completely at least a dozen times. Read the Quran about 5 times. Read the book of mormon 3 or 4 times, along with the "doctrine and covenants" and "pearl of great price" (other mormon propaganda). I've also read the jehovah's witness version of the bible, the catholic version of the bible (different from the King James version you know), and several of the supposedly better "new" translations. I've read the hindu sruti and much of the post-vedic writings. I've read the pali canon (theravada buddhism). And a few others...like the Egyptian book of the dead.
Interesting reading, all of them. None of them are, however, "holy." There's no such thing as gods of any kind.

sure. I easily have examine lots of the significant philosophical and holy books in my faith. They incorporate the 4 Vedas, 6 Upanishads, 6 Puranas, Bhagavad Gita and a few different doctrines of Hindu faith. I dont take what's written in them with no attention yet extract the 'products' in them and discard the 'bads'. As regards your question, faith has an particularly close affinity with religious books, so the extra you examine religious books the extra you're linked on your faith. real Spirituality is the sole thank you to seek for the divine in our self.

Most that profess to be christians know little about christ insanity but it is potent poison so the little they do follow is very destructive for us as a people. I have read 4 supposed "holy" books and several that are actually holy. My favorite holy book is "Might Is Right" by Ragnar Redbeard. Next comes ';The White Mans Bible" by Ben Klassen.

I've read my holy book many times, though not enough.

A few books from various faiths to get a better understanding of them. Books of my own faith I read on a daily ( if possible ) basis..short excerpts, if not then on a weekly basis.

One. THE Good Book.
Many times. I have only read through it completely once, but I go to mass two or three times a week, and through that I have heard all of the passages dozens of times.
And yet, every time I get something new from them.
