I don't think you are remembering a key rule. Hand sanitizers are only a substitute for hand washing. If there is a sink near by wash your hands with warm water and soap for twenty seconds then apply lotion not too much but enough. Hand sanitizer does dry out hands.

Primary ingredient in hand sanitizer is alcohol which does dry out your skin. Keep putting on lotion afterwords. Still the best thing to do when dealing with infant.

Yes because it contains alcohol which dries out your skin.
You can get some that contains moisturizers, I got some that's great at Bath & Body Works.
Or just follow application with some really good hand cream.
Also, you can get some cotton gloves and put some serious cream on at night and it will do some healing of the dryness while you sleep.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/gUyeC

yes, they are loaded with chemicals. I am not sure if proper sanitizing rules would allow it, but can you sanitize with hydrogen peroxide? Otherwise, I suggest good gloves.

Yes it can. I work in the medical field and use it as well. I suggest washing your hands with antibacterial soap and warm water and using a good hand cream.

without a doubt, the alcohol dehydrates your skin. After using it, you should use something like Aveeno moisturizers, the 24 hour ones that wont wash off. They work like a charm!
