i'm fantastically positive it really is unlawful to pluck the feathers off a bald eagle so I doubt there are any photos of a featherless bald eagle. it really is unlawful to even posses bald eagle feathers.

it looks like an eagel with no hair. Lol. but yeah they have dark brown feathers that are short, and the white feathers are the longer ones.
