don't do it beef won't give you enough fiber or the antioxidants in veggies and fruits , nor will it be fun .
maybe you will end up dehydrated , oh and these types of diets when you end them tend to fail you will probably gain all your weight back.
pls don't do it , veggies and fruits are there for a reason. you can get healthier protein from fish like salmon or shrimps and omega 3 which is really good for your heart and skin.
go for the healthier more normal much more colorful and more permanent diet full of greens , low in sugar and fat , with healthier protein , beef is fine if you get the lean type but you can always get lentils or chickpeas or fish or turkey or even chicken breast which is much much better than some beef only diet which sounds like torture to me!

You'll lose weight, but its water weight. Carbs retain water in the body so when you cut them out you will get rid of water weight.
