it's a long-layered, face-framing feather cut. it can be achieved by cutting with a razor, or having your stylist cut with shears then texturize with a razor

wow she has gorgeous hair =]
i think she has naturally straight hair like most asians/orientals
maybe she did have it straightened, i could be wrong
shes got layers, not incredibly long ones
i went to an asian salon last summer and had a similar style only my hair was more flippy<< just what happens to my hair when its cut.. even though its pretty straight

Try getting a razor cut.

see the way it moves around freely? that's a razor cut with inside layers.
it's about the only way 'that kind' of asian hair can move freely like that.

She gets it angled in a salon. Go in a salon and ask for your hair angled and straightened
