He is an 80lb husky/shep/lab cross. He is white so it is very noticable.

Is it his food, or the way he poops or what?

I feed him the mid price range food.

His poops themselves look healthy and normal and it is like a tiny nugget not like diarreha.

What your dog has stuck to him there is called a dingleberry which is defined as a small clot of dung, as clinging to the hindquarters of an animal. And its just the way he goes. My dogs sometimes have this problem. And there is just some things that shouldn't happen to a white dog ya' know?
Shouts: Hello? He He Hello? A Baby Wipe? Can I get a Baby Wipe over here for the husky\shepard\lab mix's tooshie? Somebody? Anybody? Thanks.....
In case you didin't get that, you can go to the store and get the cheapo brand of Baby Wipes and wipe him down when he comes in from outside. Get his paws, belly, and his butt if you have to, just do his whole body if needed. I have to do it all the time to my two, but it saves my kitchen floor and my carpet. Hope I was able to help! :)

He has poop on his butt for the same reason you do but he just doesn't have any toilet paper.
