I wouldn't take any chances. If it's a prescription, call the pharmacy where you got it. If it's non-prescription, throw it out! Not sure if you're trying to find out so you can take the correct pill or if you're snooping through someone's stuff. Either way, I'd call a pharmacy. I hunted online and didn't have any luck. Can't go wrong with the pharmacy. They're pretty helpful. :)

It appears to be a triamterene and hydrochlorothiazide pill, a generic for dyazide, a diuretic. Sometimes prescribed for high blood pressure, cirrhosis, or heart failure.
I'm just supplying info; I strongly recommend that you not take this pill, especially if you don't recognize it.

It is a water pill.
I am having trouble cutting and pasting the picture but go to this web site and put in the numbers/letters on pill and as much info as you know.

It is hydrochlorothiazide.
Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention.
