You will be fine, cause those companies have to put a date on there that has some buffer to it. It will probably be 2 weeks later that they will finally go bad. Things don't just go bad on the the exp date.
If they smell or taste funny, throw them away, but otherwise, you will be fine.
Good Luck!

Usually those dates on packages are a suggested "sell by" date, and not a date by which they can be eaten or consumed. You should still have a few more days, weeks after the package date. I would not let it go too much longer, however.

That date is usually the sell-buy date so stores know when to pull it of the shelf. There are probably enough preservatives in those cookies to last a couple of weeks or more past the sell-buy date in your fridge.

Sure. It's only close, not actually there. And anyways, you'll be cooking out any bacteria that may have formed. Besides, things can usually last a day or two after the expiration date.

since the cookies are full of preservatives, you can eat them for at least a month after the expiration date.

You'll be fine. Those dates are usually meant to be sell-by dates. Plus, it doesn't go bad on that exact date.

Yeah, they're fine until the expiration date. I've eaten EGGS AND YOGURT the day before their expiration dates, and it hasn't hurt me yet.
