ok so the past few days ive been very sad. i havent been really talking to any1. all i do is wanna sleep n b alone.. my brother was yelling at me n so has been my dad n dat jus made it worse. i cant focus on anything especially in skool. n my grades have been dropping. i flipped outt at some ppl. its not PMS. every1 has noticed ive been acting not like myself cuz im always happy n they keep askin wats wrong n stuff n it jus hurts more. theres no1 i can talk to really. all together i jus wanna give up on friends, family, skool n life. it seems soo hard n pointless. i jus dont no wat to do. ive also been crying a lot. idk wat to do. ive also lost appetite. i feel like im hurting every1 i love. =( ive also kinda wanted to hurt myself..
has any1 felt like this b4? if so can u plz help me

i feel that way sometimes,
and i get confused about life.
how long has this been happening?
because you may be depressed.
but it could be just a phase, maybe you'll pass through it.
DONT hurt yourself, or kill yourself.
it will just cause you and your family pain.
do you know why you are sad?
face the problem head on.
and what worked for me is to,
i know this sounds cheesy but,
write down your feelings.
write down everyything that is going through your head,
maybe even start a journal.

another way to deal with this is to join a sports team.
you will make new friends, and keep your mind off the things that are making you sad/angry.

or, you can convince your family to go on a family vacation.
everyone loves vacations!

You're experiencing depression honey. These are the classic symptoms and what you need is a doc. Counselling helps too, so does exercise. It sounds like classic depression but could also be the down end of a mood swing up, which is bipolar disorder (manic depression.) Why wait to find out? There are probably family members who have had some sort of mood disorder and that's how you got it. It's not your fault, but you and your family do have to do something about it besides acting tough and stepping it up. You will likely need some medicine. Give it a go hon. Your worth it.

This is classic depression and you should talk to someone asap if you are thinking of hurting yourself or others. This is an extremely difficult place to be, and sometimes not even your closest friends or family know how to deal with it. Talking to a cuonselor may help you figure out why you feel this way, and talking to a doctor may help if you may need medication. Tell your parents to take you to a doctor. Tell your dad how you are feeling, maybe he just thinks you are being lazy and doesn't realize that you're depressed. TALK to someone, right now. Get off the computer and talk to someone.

I think you have depression. Depression is not something you can just "snap out of." It's caused by an imbalance of brain chemicals, along with other factors. Like any serious medical condition, depression needs to be treated. Go see your doctor because he will probably know. Go here http://www.depression.com/ if you need help. I would try to talk with a friend or an adult about this if its easier for you.

Yes I have. Now you have to ask yourself this what has changed that has made you feel like this? Are you usually happy and is all of this all of a sudden. If there is no reason and you don't know why you fell like this go see your doctor it 's not necessarily depression you could have a hormone imbalance that is making you feel like this.

It is called depression, and you should talk to someone because it is getting to a dangerous level from what you are saying. If your school has a counselor try there first... if not... try a Pastor, ... you might try your parents, but have an open mind... find someone you can talk to and just let it flow... get it all out so you don't hurt yourself...

depends. this has happened to me and after a couple weeks i start to feel a little better. of course, its constantly going from bad to better, but one thing that helped me was to get a job. i have a job and its a lot of fun. i enjoy it because i talk with my co-workers, we have fun, the works not bad (it sure beats gas stoichometry in chemistry), and you make money, which you then get to spend. try that, and see what it does for you. plus, when i get to feel bad, i look at my online bank account, which gives me a nice happy feeling from all the money i've made.

everyone needs some "Me" time occasionally, even if it means turning that cell phone off and just hanging around the house in your room, tv on and just doing nothing but thinking.

maybe u should go see a doctor about depression, its a sickness not something voluntary so dont feel bad about it

dont jump to conclusions about medication. i would talk to a counselor at your school, they can sort it out or recommend a good psychologist.
