I drink about 6 - 9 liters of water. Is tht too much. .

and sum times i drink about 13 14 liters.

Is there a maximum amount of water tht u should not exceed?

Dinking lots of water can be good for you, it helps you flush out your system and keep it cleasned. But becareful, in somecase it can actually thin the blood a little depending on what kinda of conditions you have.

I think you should be dead. But seriously are you feeling okay? An second are you serious? From what I heard you should usually not exceed a gallon of water a day. Talk to a doctor about that if it okay, and do a check up might be good. From what I have read is water is good for your health. But only usually 3 to 4 quarts a day. That should be about 4 liters a day.

Days I do deadlifts followed by an HIIT cardio workout, I consume water like a camel. I drink a gallon easy at work and then 1-1.5 gallons thereafter on a day like that. Some of the water is from gatorade.

well idk i herd of people dieing from drink excessive amount of water in short periods of time. i would drink more than a liter per hour, and only drink when ur thirsty.
