ask your employer for a copy because they should have a copy o file either in the computer or a copy that they could photo copy. Some companies offer a website to their empolyees and you are able to print a copy of your w2 from the website

You can ask your employer for another copy or you can go to the IRS website & find the form to fill out that replaces your w2.

find last check stub from 06 or ask employer to print your last payroll stub from 06, you can use that
