Just curious. I don't know if I am doing enough. Thanks for the input.

To lose weight, you need to do 40+ minutes, 5+ times a week.
During the first 15-20ish minutes, you're burning the glycogen (carbs/energy) in your body. Once the glycogen is gone you'll start burning the fat more effectively, that's why you want to do at least 40 minutes.
And if you lift weights and do cardio, lift first. You want to lift weights when you have the most energy. This will allow good form and high intensity.
If you're just maintaining, I would aim for at least 3x30minutes. But if it feels good, do more.

I try to keep my workouts around 30 to 45 minutes a day. I lift 4 days a week, do cardio 3 days a week and take one day off. I wouldn't go over 45 minutes to an hour of cardio at a time unless you are training for something.

I work out at the gym 4 days of week doing cardio for 2 hours...some may find this extreme, but I think if you work out 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week, thats good too...have at least one day off

The best thing to do is to exercise at least 3 times a week while getting your heart rate at least 10 points above normal for at least 20 minutes. This is the exercise time recommended by doctors.

it is reccomended that you get 30 minutes per day to loose weight, 5 - 6 days a week, so that would be about 3 hours a week. It is recommended you get 30 min per day 3 times a week to maintain heart health.

That kind of question I would ask your doctor, because he knows your condition, weight, and other things which will give him enough information to tell you the best possible answer.
