Does anyone know if a pill is a water pill or antidepressant?

It's a white capsule, that says 488 on one end, and DPI on the other.

It's probably a triamterene & hydrochlorothiazide pill. This is a diuretic.

I don't recommend taking it, especially if you don't recognize the info above.
