Ok, your overwieght.
Eating too much and lack of excersize is probably the prime reason. Why you ate to much or why you failed to excersize can be a whole different issue.

If your are depressed (don't wanna do zilch, don't like much...)
see your doctor; over eating can be an emotional issue directly connected to your being overwieght.

Humans are habitual learners; we have habits, good and bad. Assuming you eat alot and excersize little I can offer a few options:

My first suggestion is WEIGHTWATCHERS; THEY ARE FANTASTIC. They can teach you how to eat right without suffering too much. WW teaches you to eat the right stuff and in the right amounts; You can do this.

Now, start walking, or if you can swim, swim. Excersize and find something that you like so you'll continue.

Drink lots and lots of water or diet green tea, as much as one gallon a day if you can, if not, try a few quarts; this helps dump fat cells in urination. The tea is a good cleanser of the body.

You may also do all of the above and take Metabolife. It has worked for me as an energy pill and reduced my appetite dramatically. It also increases your metabolism burning more fat as does Chromium Picolinate (very cheap too) at drug stores, even walmart...

Now, once you start this stuff above, I sense your going to start feeling better about yourself, and you'll feel better physically too.

This is a way to START NEW HABITS and DUMB OLD ONES as this is about habits-lifestyles and you need to take charge of this. Remember, this is about Habits, NOT FAT...

Start seeign yourself as someone as worth and eventually your actions will einforce it.

Do things that make you feel good, once it does not involve eating...this website is really good for informing you about healthy diet and exercise
