It is possible but not likely. In most cases someone starts to devolop feelings for the other and wants more. Or more often, one of the two finds someone outside of work and no longer wants to continue the relationship with the co-worker. Usually feelings get hurt and then there is a lot of tension at work. And dont forget the work gossip, no matter how hard you try to hide it or how well you hide it, someone will find out and then everyone will know. Make sure your company does not have a no dating policy or you could find yourself without a job.

first mistake is having a relationship with someone you work with...if it goes bad then it is very stressful in the work environment from there on
your question depends on how two people look at the situation...one might think it is cool and not want any attachments, just the sex and the other one might feel the opposite
if the sexual relationship continues over time I imagine someone will want more and want to get serious

be cool...

yes it is very common now a day people were prefer to have
a very short casual and sexual relationship without obligation and without commitments they dont want to get entangle in a messy
problematic situation they just want an easy ride hassle free
relationship, i think they do want to get hurt and at the same time
satisfy their body needs or their lust they want a more a friendly relationship and can talk freely and can move along when it need be,but there is a negative impact on this kind of relationship because we are human we are full of emotions no matter how casual it is along the way you will fall in love and how will you express it to your partner?and how do you feel when he/she move along as a casual lover would do?
and that one will hurt!!!!

It's possible, but it can get messy.

The rules regarding getting serious need to be made clear right from the start.

Well that sounds complicated! I mean once a girl or a guy does anything with another they are going to feel like they are bonded and that you are together so its not really possible...unless you dont care about her feelings
