Now come on: there's nothing wrong with calling Slovak Slovakian. And yes, there is a cognate in Polish, but that doesn't stop it being a Slovak word too. Some form of this word is present in every Slavic language I know of (though I'm sure someone can come up with one in which it's absent). As several people have said, it means good.

There is no slovakian but Slovenian, the language of Slovenia. On the other hand there is a word like "dobry" in Polish which means good. or maybe you meant Slovak?

It means good, but only in certain cases, like Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Day. At least this is the case with Russian which is a Slavic language.
