I am a recovering annorexic. i have to gain about 7 pounds in the next 5 days to stay out of the hospital. how do i gain these 7 pounds healthly and fast? Nutritionists- I need your help!

Gaining 5 obs in 7 days is not healthy. I am not anorexic, quite the opposite really, but in trying to loose weight they say to safely do it, you should not try to loose over 2 pounds per week. I would assume a healthy way to GAIN weight would be at about the same rate.
However, this is a serious issue, and I am not qualified to give you health advice. These are only my opinions.

You should increase the amount of carbs and protien you're eating. Try splitting it up into 5-8 meals a day, just eat every 2-3 hours.

Load up on Carbohydrates, pasta, bread... etc..
i would also drink lots of this stuf called "ensure" you can buy it any grocery store, it's a vitamin fortified dairy product, high n calories and vitamins taste kinda like a slimfast shake but better.. but 7 lbs in 5 days? thats approximately 21000 calories, thats ALOT! you better get working fast.. also make sure you drink alot of water just beore you weigh in, 3-4 glasses.

i wish i could just lend you 10 lbs off of me..

Drink lots of shakes with vitamin D milk. After every meal drink one.

get a personal trainer and make sure she is in-house and pumps u up
