Ok so I'm about 20 lbs overweight. How do I loose it? Is someone out there a real fit person that can guide me through this. Healthy food is usually more expensive than say. . .Ramen noodles, and I have very little time to exercise I work full time and go to school. So what would you do?

Start with stopping any late night eating. When you sleep on food, it simply turns into sugar. With your actual diet, focus on high protein, low carb options. (Meal replacement bars are great when you are on the go as much as you are) Definitely substitute any soft drinks with water, that could drop the weight alone. (Yes, they are that bad for you.) And try to squeeze in a run around the block after work every once and a while. Do this for a week and you will start to notice a difference. But, it all comes back to discipline and how bad you want it.

You will NEED to make time 3-4 days a week for about 30 mins each time to work out and as far as food goes you know as well as I do that if you are eating top ramen you are doing a huge injustice to yourself. You need to be watching calorie , fat, and carb intake. Do not go on a Adkins type diet as that is unhealthy and you need carbs to live! BUT you do need to keep your intake in the normal range as what the FDA recommends. Good Luck and eat heatlhy!

I'm on the same kinda schedule. I eat healthy and I also do Pilates. It really helps.

Ya I am 120 pounds. I used to use products from http://www.HerbUrHealth.net and now my sister is on it now. It is fast and easy to make tastes GREAT. Does not require exercise and you get energy that will burn it all for you.

There is no secret pill to take... Excercise and a good diet is all anyone can tell you to do.
