Is your meatloaf "free form" or are you putting it in a regular loaf pan??? If it's free form, about an hour and 20, and it would be a great idea if you had a meat thermometer (about 7 bucks) that way you will NEVER have to guess......And the person that suggested you make two smaller meat loaves is on the right track.......

I like to cook my meatloaf in a 8x8 pan. For 2 lbs it takes mine about 50-60 minutes. To serve, I still make slices side to side and then a cut down the center. Cooks faster and still looks like you made it in a traditional loaf pan. I would check yours at abt an hour. 350-375 is the right temp. Don't make it hotter, you'll just burn the bottom and still not cook the middle.

Ummm... I'd start checking it 45 mins to an hour - it depends on how thick you made it. If it's "regular" meatloaf size, start then. Do you have an instant thermometer? Try to get the temp to about 140, then you can pull it.

Don't crank the heat over 375 - that won't really get you anywhere other than to dry out the outside.

OK I have 2 ideas....1st you could make it in muffin tins and it will cook in 1/2 the time and you will have little individual servings! Also I tried this last night.....I made mine in the crock pot! It took longer but it was the best meatloaf I have ever had! It was so moist and just delicious!!! I had about 2 lbs and I cooked it for 4 and 1/2 hours on low and it was great!

About an hour, maybe less. Start checking at about 45 minutes

Use a meat thermometer and take the loaf out once it hits an internal temp of 165.

just make two small ones rather than one big one to ensure that it gets done.
