I think you will be ok - its seems to be petrol bought the week begining the 12th Feb in the south east - essex, herts etc. I filled up on 13th Feb at my local tesco's as I always do a week latter on my way home form work my warning light came on - the hand book was useless as it just said contact your local toyota dealer, which i did the next day. They didn't seem that bothered about it and said bring it in. After about 3 hrs the told me the oxygen sensor had gone but said it was ok to drive. They said they would order the part and it would be in in two days, that was a week ago and im still waiting..... My sister in law filled up at the same tescos and the day before my car broke her oxygen sensor went. Im sorry i dont care what any one says its too much of a coinsidence! There must be somthing wrong with the fuel!

yes i filled up at tesco farnham the car miss fired and generally run like sh1t i spoke to my mechanic he suggested that i drain the petrol and put in the normal petrol for my local garage which i did and the car ran perfectly how ever looking on the web i find the tescos petrol is the basic petrol and that no additives are put in it therefore that why its cheap i would never use it again

I have used tesco fuel for years without any prob.s
Most of the fuel is made at the same refineries with the same additives anyway.
Loads of the branded petrol stations get there fuel from different refineries anyway not necessarily there own 'brand' if you like.

I work in a garage in Norfolk. We had four cases yesterday. All made the cars splutter, stall, engine revs race and smell as though they were starving them selves of fuel.
