I have not heard about any restrictions. I believe you can use that mode as soon as the baby is born. If the baby seems fussy when it's on vibration mode, turn it off and try again when the baby is a bit older.

Gosh, I started right away with both of my kids. They always like movement and liked rides in cars so I just let them from the beginning. They have so much movement before birth I didn't think it was an issue.

Vibration mode in what? The crib? A seat? You can use it at any time.

i used mine just affter he he came home because his doc said it was ok. the vibrations are gentle and not strong. that is why if u look on boncy seat boxes it says 0 - how ever many months

Hospital nurseries use them right on the birthing floor, to soothe fussy newborns.

From birth. If it was harmful to baby they would have to have warnings on it.
