DO you think its a bad sign that my nose is bleeding at the same time as i think i am getting a migraine? I don't wanna make a big deal out of it because it's probably nothing, plus being bulimic i think i kinda made my nose sensitive the last few days..its been bleeding a little bit (im not worried about that) but i am feeling a little nauseaus right now and dizzy.

The fact that you mentioned bulimia is a big red flag. Your problems are probably a result of malnutrition, such as vitamin defeciency, protein defeciency, low blood pressure, or any one of a number of things. You need to see a doctor ASAP. Bulimia is a *big deal*; if you do not get treatment, it will only get worse, and will slowly kill you. Your body is just trying to tell you that you need to get help.
Go see a doctor. Be 100% honest with him.

By themselves, both nosebleeds and headaches are common in children, and are usually not caused by a serious problem.
Taken together though, these two symptoms might indicate a more serious problem, like high blood pressure causing both the headaches and the nosebleeds. Another possibility, especially if her nosebleeds are very severe, is that the nosebleeds led to her having anemia.

You need to see a physician ASAP. I just read that if you get nose bleeds that coincide with a headache, this is something that needs to be addressed by a doctor. Call your doctor's office, speak with a nurse, and ask them what you should do. If it's serious, they will either make a spot for you today or they will send you to the Emergency Room/Urgent Care. Please, call your doctor to discuss this with them.

No disrespect. You have just adnmitted to thousands of people that view this site thsat you are bullimic. That is the first stage of admitting you not only need, but want help. Go and get help. You are obviously concerned enough to ask about relating issues. Take care of yourself. You only have one shot at this thing called life. Don't waste it. You will probably find that if your dietary situaiton improves, then so will your health.

It does sound a kit like quite a mild blood pressure problem. Improving your diet would definately help. At least make sure you have enough intake of iron in a day.
I hope everything goes well.

If you are willing to try homeopathy or ayurveda, i think you will find a solution to all your health problems including nosebleed, bulimia and migraine etc.
