3 yearold Son having a Blood Test. How do i restrain him ?

How do i hold him still ?

Worried that he'll move his arm & hurt himself

Any good ways of restraining him ?

Hold him in your lap and hug him. Your son will take his cue from you, and if you're squirmy and panicy he will be too. If, on the other hand, you act like it's no big deal, he will relax.
